Can you replace just the umbrella canopy and keep the frame?
Yes. If the pole, ribs and crank still work, we make a new canopy to fit your existing frame — usually far cheaper than a new umbrella. Send photos of the open umbrella and the frame and we confirm before quoting.
What information do you need for a replacement parasol cover?
The canopy shape (round, square or rectangular), the size across, the number of ribs, and how the cover fixes to the rib tips. For larger or unusual umbrellas we measure on site or take the old cover back to the workshop as a pattern.
Which fabric lasts longest in Singapore sun and rain?
Solution-dyed acrylic such as Sunbrella, Sauleda or Dickson holds its colour in tropical UV, sheds rain and resists mildew. We match the original colour or help you choose a new one for the terrace, pool deck or café.
Do you replace covers for hotels, condos and restaurants in bulk?
Yes. Pool deck, clubhouse and terrace umbrellas can be collected in batches and returned in phases so the area is never left without shade.
Can you replace Prostor parasol canopies?
Yes. Prostor parasols are available in Singapore through Hong Heng, so we supply genuine Prostor replacement canopies — and every Prostor part can be replaced individually.
