Phased uplift to our Singapore workshop, with loaner stock or staggered zones to keep the property trading.

Reinstatement, snagging and a maintenance schedule sized to the property's wear pattern.
Answers we give most often.
- Can you quote per chair, per cabana or per zone?
- Yes. We issue itemised quotations by SKU, by zone or as a full property programme, with fixed unit rates so finance teams can budget across phases.
- Do you stock loaner furniture during refits?
- We can coordinate loaner chaise longues and umbrellas with our hospitality partners for properties that cannot close a pool deck or restaurant during works.
- What warranties do you provide?
- Workmanship is warranted for 12 months. Fabric and sling-mesh warranties pass through from the mill — typically 5 years on Sunbrella and Agora acrylics and 3–5 years on Phifer / Serge Ferrari meshes.
- Do you service projects outside Singapore?
- Yes — we support resorts and yacht clubs across Bintan, Batam, Bali, Phuket and Langkawi, shipping finished assemblies from our Singapore workshop with on-site fit teams as required.
