Two authorised mesh families chosen by use-case: Serge Ferrari Batyline for premium UV stability and a soft hand, Phifer Phifertex for hardwearing colour ranges and value.

- Which areas in Singapore do you collect from?
- We service the whole island — Sentosa Cove, Marina Bay, Orchard, Bukit Timah, Holland Village, East Coast, Tanjong Rhu, Pasir Ris and beyond.
- Can you match my existing sling colour?
- Usually yes. We stock the most-used Phifertex and Batyline colourways and can ship-match almost any frame finish or cushion palette.
- Do you handle MCST balcony access?
- Yes. For condos we coordinate lift-padding bookings, loading-bay slots and a COI for the MCST office at no extra cost.
- What is the warranty on a re-slung chair?
- Workmanship is warranted for 12 months. Mesh warranties pass through from Phifer or Serge Ferrari — typically 3–5 years against UV failure under normal residential use.
